Oman Property Index isn't a brokerage and isn't trying to be one. We're a data and product team building the price-transparency layer that Oman's listing portals don't provide well — real price trends, honest yield estimates, and Muscat area intelligence that doesn't depend on which agent you happen to talk to first.

Our data comes from public sources — clearly-labeled estimates compiled from public listing aggregates, adjusted for the typical asking-to-sale gap. We say so on every page — trust is the entire product.
