Sarooj Oasis is a gated residential community by the Sarooj Real Estate Development Company inside Sultan Haitham City, the government-led new city in Al Seeb. It was inaugurated in January 2025 and its sales were launched with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, as an OMR 30 million project across about 86,000 square metres.
Homes are arranged around a private central park, with apartments (with basement parking), villas, a plaza with commercial units, daycare and micro-mobility routes.
